- If dialup is your only option, I highly recommend AT&T Business Internet Services. They have local dialup numbers for most cities, their service is reliable, and best of all works well with UNIX.
- BudgetDialup is also a really good service. They have both a monthly plan and several rollover plans, similar to how phone cards work. This is really great if you only use dialup as a backup or when traveling.
